What You'll Be Doing Interviews incoming patients or their representatives for all of registration; inpatients, outpatients, emergency room, pre-admission, and clinic patients. Is responsible for obtaining information that is accurate and complete. Must maintain a positive public image to patients, hospital or medical staff. Prepares registration forms and obtains signatures as required. Answers patients' questions on admission policies. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the patient registration information.

What We're Looking For

High School diploma required

With 1-2 years related experience, hospital setting preferred
