LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Mission Hills, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/10/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Experience & Education Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital Case Management experience performing care coordination and discharge planning – Required Travel Experience: Required (first-time travelers acceptable) Education: Active RN license (BSN not required) Licensure & Certifications Certifications Required: BLS – Basic Life Support ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Additional Preferred Skills/Certs: Proficient in Microsoft applications Familiarity with InterQual criteria for admissions Competent with arranging DME, SNF, and ambulance transport independently Shift & Scheduling Shift Type: Day Shift Length: 8 hours Schedule: 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day) Float Requirement: Expected to float between facilities within the state About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
