Location: Hybrid — Downtown LA Office, Malibu & Beverly Hills Homes

Compensation: $100K+ DOE + Benefits (50% Health, PTO, Sick Days)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Flexible Hours

A dynamic CEO and father of two is seeking a sharp, proactive Personal Assistant to manage the fast-moving details of his personal and professional life. This is a high-touch, hybrid role supporting a busy executive who splits time between multiple properties and juggles a growing company, a young family, heavy travel, and a demanding schedule. This is not a desk job — it’s a dynamic, in-the-action role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bring structure to moving targets.

Responsibilities

Managing calendars and acting as gatekeeper across business and family life.

Coordinating all travel logistics — flights, drivers, accommodations, itineraries, childcare, and more.

Running errands, sourcing gifts, and handling day-to-day personal tasks.

Supporting business needs — prepping for meetings, keeping the principal informed.

Liaising with household staff (nanny, housekeeper), vendors, accountant, and travel agent.

Maintaining complete discretion and professionalism in a high-profile environment.

Qualifications

Highly organized, resourceful, and anticipatory.

Warm, trustworthy, and great with kids and guests.

Emotionally intelligent and unflappable under pressure.

Able to pivot quickly and be 5 steps ahead.

Prior experience supporting UHNW individuals or CEOs with constantly changing schedules strongly preferred.
