Position Summary Monet Bank (operating under Beal Bank's Texas Charter) is seeking a results‑oriented professional to help manage day‑to‑day operations, support Recruiting, Talent and core HR functions during a 6‑month transition period. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Head of People, the HR Analyst / Coordinator will help drive recruitment efforts in a dynamic environment as well as perform administrative tasks such as generating HR reports, check requests, conducting HR research, assisting with onboarding new hires, etc. This role requires a well‑rounded support professional with experience working with C‑Suite professionals and department heads. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on tactical capabilities along with strategic abilities to support ongoing HR initiatives. This position is on‑site Monday – Friday in our Plano headquarters.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support

Liaise with C‑Suite on HR items

Assist with daily operations in the HR department to manage vendor payments, onboarding documentation, personnel files, etc.

Assist the EVP, Head of People with generating presentations and reports for leadership

Partner with department heads on HR related matters

Assist with event planning and coordination

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

Assist with full‑cycle recruitment for open positions across departments

Post positions in the HRIS system

Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Partner with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies

Oversee onboarding and ensure a smooth candidate‑to‑employee experience

HRIS Management

Manage, review and optimize current HRIS system

Ensure accurate data management, reporting and recordkeeping

Support implementation or upgrades if applicable during the contract term

Employee Support & Culture

Serve as the point of contact for employee questions

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment

Qualifications

One to five+ years of functional support experience preferably in HR experience.

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Contract Details

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: Competitive based on experience (hourly or salaried)

Option to Extend or Convert: Possible based on performance and business needs.
