Las Vegas Athletic Clubs (LVAC) is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support multi-channel marketing efforts across social media, email, web, and in-club promotions.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, creative, and fitness teams to plan, create, and execute campaigns that promote LVAC’s brand, programs, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of creativity, organization, and execution — from digital content and email workflows to coordinating photo/video shoots and supporting merchandise and eCommerce operations.
What You’ll Do Brand and Social Media Marketing
Manage content planning, creation, and posting across LVAC and LVAC CrossFit social channels.
Monitor engagement, comments, and direct messages; support brand campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate on-site marketing materials (e.g., posters, signage, displays).
Email and Digital Marketing
Build, design, and send newsletters through HubSpot or similar platforms.
Maintain automated workflows and welcome sequences.
Support campaign segmentation, testing, and performance tracking.
Community and Campaign Coordination
Review and respond to customer feedback on digital platforms (e.g., Yelp, Google).
Coordinate campaign creative and traffic promotional assets to media outlets.
Support cross-department initiatives for fitness programs, training, and events.
Content & Copywriting
Write and edit blog articles, web copy, and marketing content aligned with campaign themes.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop topics and messaging for social, email, and web.
Website SEO & AEO
Update website design, layout, and copy to reflect new programs or campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across pages.
Support structured data and content visibility initiatives to improve search and AI discoverability.
Photo & Video Production
Coordinate content shoots, including sourcing models, scheduling, and logistics.
Collaborate with creative leads on shoot concepts and brand storytelling.
Manage post-production organization and file delivery.
Oversee brand merchandise management through Shopify, including order fulfillment, product updates, and coordination with vendors.
Track inventory and support in-club merchandising and promotional campaigns.
Administrative & Reporting
Manage vendor invoicing, campaign reporting, and month-end summaries.
Maintain organization of assets, workflows, and marketing calendars.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/email platforms) and Shopify (or other eCommerce tools).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling platforms.
Basic design experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive.
Interest in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle marketing is a plus.
