Our client, a children’s apparel brand, is looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Creative Producer to lead production for photo and video shoots while managing creative projects and events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and collaboration.
Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead pre‑production planning, timelines, and logistics for all shoots and events.
Hire and manage freelance talent; secure locations, permits, and rentals.
Oversee on‑set execution and troubleshoot as needed.
Manage post‑production workflows and final asset delivery.
Own creative project timelines and deliverables using tools like Asana.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Facilitate feedback loops and coordinate weekly content planning.
Collaborate with marketing on content and campaigns to grow and engage our community.
Serve as the main liaison between creative, marketing, and other teams.
Maintain organized records and improve production workflows.
Qualifications
4+ years of production and/or project management experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage shoots, events, budgets, and timelines.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand production.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana preferred) and Dropbox.
