Job Description Aux Talent is partnering with a Las Vegas-based Professional Services company to add an Executive Assistant to support one of the Co-Founders who is an entrepreneur, investor and author focused on building, teaching and scaling businesses. You will focus on leveraging the Co-Founder's time and being the operational force keeping things running on both the business and personal sides. This is a high-trust, high-performance culture and the right person will be a highly detail oriented executer who can move quickly.

Financial & Budgetary Oversight

Requirements 7-10 years of Executive / Personal Assistance experience supporting founders, C-level execs, or high-net-worth individuals (bonus if in family office or high-velocity startups), High level of confidentiality and professionalism, Resourceful Self-starter, Strong attention to detail and discretion, Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership

Schedule In office 5 days / week, Full Time

Pay $125,000-160000 / year + bonus + comprehensive benefits

Location Las Vegas, in office 5 days a week (willing to relocate the right candidate)
