Job Summary Reporting to a designated manager, the Vehicle Photographer operates motor vehicles on the premises for transport, pickup and delivery in support of auction activities. Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area and perform all other lot duties as assigned by the Manager. Includes movement of vehicles on auction property.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Capture and process electronic images of vehicles.

Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.

Maintain knowledge of the Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.

Re‑image or request re‑imaging of any substandard images.

Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if the location is so equipped.

Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.

Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience & Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to read English and comprehend motor vehicle traffic signs.

Must be insured and/or insurable, if required, by the state.

Previous auto auction experience a plus.

Must not be under the influence of any condition or substance that could distract or impair the ability to safely and efficiently operate a motor vehicle.

This position will support both inside and outside working conditions.
