Your Daily Mission (Key Responsibilities) As the Litigation Paralegal, you will manage a high‑volume caseload with minimal supervision.

Case Management:

Oversee litigation cases from the filing of the complaint all the way through trial.

Drafting & Filing:

Draft essential legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions) and handle

e‑filing

in state and federal courts.

Coordination:

Coordinate all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediation, and critical

trial preparation .

Evidence Analysis:

Expertly organize and analyze key evidence, including medical records and billing.

Communication:

Maintain professional, clear, and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Must‑Haves) We’re looking for a seasoned paralegal ready to hit the ground running.

Experience:

3+ years of dedicated plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (Trial prep experience is a major bonus).

Autonomy:

Proven ability to manage a

high‑volume caseload independently.

Compliance:

Strong, working knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication:

Exceptional organizational, time management, verbal, and written skills.

Bonus:

Proficiency in

Spanish (Bilingual)
