Workplace Experience Coordinator - New York City
New York City, New York, United States of America About The Role
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll deliver elite customer service to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, focused on outstanding customer service for clients and visitors frequenting the building. What You’ll Do
First point of contact for all entering the facility. Greet them warmly, issue visitor and parking passes, and follow security protocols. Answer the telephone professionally and handle presentations to various-sized groups. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors. Handle janitorial or maintenance work orders, coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding. Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co‑workers, presenting solutions in a professional manner that prioritizes customer service. Organize and lead on‑site events, including securing event space and managing set‑up and tear‑down. Follow property‑specific security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties to ensure safety. Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace. Explain detailed or complicated information to team members and follow directions from the manager. Execute clearly defined duties using existing procedures and limited discretion for straightforward problems. What You’ll Need
GED or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills and a curious approach. Why CBRE?
