Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Strategist (SEO/Web Build Focus) located in Kaukauna, WI. The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, overseeing web builds, optimizing website performance, conducting keyword research, analyzing website traffic data, and collaborating with the marketing and web development teams. The role requires staying up to date with SEO trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of website visibility and performance.

Key Deliverables (Essential Responsibilities)

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO recommendations for website content, metadata, and site architecture.

Monitor and improve site performance through on-page and off-page SEO tactics.

Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

Website Development Support

Collaborate with web developers to build and optimize landing pages, microsites, and site structures.

Ensure websites are responsive, fast‑loading, and aligned with UX/UI best practices.

Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) to implement marketing content and technical SEO enhancements.

Optimization

Work with content teams to create and optimize high-impact, search-friendly content.

Ensure all digital content aligns with brand voice, tone, and strategic messaging.

Technical SEO & Performance Monitoring

Conduct regular site audits and resolve technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, redirects, schema markup).

Optimize website performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and core web vitals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with developers, designers, and external vendors to implement digital campaigns and site improvements.

Provide guidance on SEO and web best practices across departments.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in interactive web management, digital marketing, computer science, information systems or a related field.

Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.

Understanding technical SEO, site architecture, and user experience principles.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in marketing is preferred, and we welcome applications from motivated candidates who are new to the field.

Google Analytics or Google Ads certification a plus.

Familiarity with GA4 and data studio/dashboard creation.
