We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Event Manager to lead content creation and production for webinars and in-person events targeting enterprise and government audiences. This role blends editorial expertise with strategic marketing coordination, ensuring a strong, consistent, and compliant public presence across all external engagements. Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine content for webinars, including outlines, scripts, and promotional materials. Create talking points, decks, and messaging for subject matter experts at panels, workshops, and events. Ensure messaging aligns with brand and enterprise leadership. Collaborate with marketing, sales, PR, legal, and event teams to support speaker content. Manage approval workflows for legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain visibility and alignment across departments for external engagements. Tailor messaging for enterprise and government audiences. Ensure consistency and quality across all public-facing content. Support strategic positioning as the company garners increased attention from media and regulators. Manage editorial calendar and content inventory for webinars and events. Track deadlines and deliverables aligned with marketing goals. Work closely with subject matter experts, speakers, and marketing teams. Ensure content is impactful and relevant to target audiences. Required Qualifications

Proven experience writing for enterprise / government audiences (tech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital transformation preferred). Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills. Familiarity with stakeholder management across PR, legal, and brand teams. Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience managing editorial calendars and collaborating with senior leaders. Preferred Skills

Background in telecom or enterprise IT. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., SFDC ) and B2B email campaign strategies. Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices. Experience with virtual event platforms (preferably On24 ). Soft Skills

Strong matrix management and stakeholder coordination. Proactive communication style. Ability to influence and persuade cross‑functional teams.
