Requirements Must have:

I require at least 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering (Tier 3 or equivalent). You should possess expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Administration, Google Workspace Administration, and managing cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience in managing virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper‑V) is essential. A solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VLANs, and VPN configuration is expected. I seek candidates with experience in cybersecurity frameworks, endpoint protection, and system monitoring tools. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Azure Administrator Associate, Google Cloud Certified — Associate Cloud Engineer, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect — Associate (or another AWS entry‑level certification) are preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing various priorities and projects, are crucial. Responsibilities: You will serve as the primary technical escalation point for intricate system and network issues. It will be your responsibility to manage, maintain, and enhance our cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, which includes Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS, GCP, and Windows Server environments. You will administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure comprising firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and wireless systems. Designing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity strategies, including monitoring, incident response, and access control, will be part of your role. You will support the deployment and integration of enterprise applications and productivity tools within Microsoft and Google ecosystems. Ensuring that data protection, redundancy, and disaster recovery systems are tested and functioning optimally will be your responsibility. Performing root cause analysis on recurring incidents and developing preventive and enduring solutions will be expected of you. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and policy manuals is part of the job. You will also provide mentorship and technical direction to Tier 1, Tier 2, and development support staff. Collaborating with leadership and external partners to align IT strategy with our organizational growth and technology goals will be essential.
