Admin Support/Audio-Visual Management .

Job Title:

Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and Audio-Visual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management

This contractor will provide program and administrative support services, primarily in support of the Agency’s records management program, from origination of records through their eventual disposition and disposal. The role includes managing the Agency’s FOIA program: receiving and tracking requests, updating the FOIA database, coordinating respondent documents, drafting response letters, and assisting with FOIA reporting requirements.

Required and Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Ability to respond flexibly and provide rapid assistance in a time‑sensitive environment.

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and retain a SECRET security clearance.

At least 7 years of administrative management or relevant experience.

Experience creating and implementing organizational or administrative management policies and procedures.

Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements.

Experience managing an agency project report library.

Experience with administrative services such as office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security.

Ability to provide training and technical assistance to staff.

Experience in information and records management.

Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.

Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes.

Experience providing on‑site technical support and troubleshooting AV equipment during events.

Experience creating and editing audio‑visual content such as presentations and videos.

Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.

College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications.

Location:

1101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209.

Schedule:

Contractor services during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday except U.S. Federal Holidays.

Clearance Level Required:

Employment contingent upon successfully completing required background checks; U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain and retain a SECRET clearance.
