We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready‑to‑eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and office pantry solutions. Our network of fridges is located in high‑foot‑traffic areas such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings, giving customers instant access to fresh, healthy options.
About the Role We are looking for a driven and dynamic
Account Executive
to own and grow our market presence by securing new business and expanding strategic partnerships. You will thrive on cold calling, setting meetings, and closing deals while nurturing key relationships for long‑term growth.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and onboarding new partners.
Build and expand relationships with key food service and vending providers to unlock growth opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics and identify strategic locations for Farmer’s Fridge placements.
Work cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams to meet sales targets and support market growth plans.
Consistently hit or exceed sales targets while maintaining an organized, data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred) with a strong track record of closing new business.
A true hunter mindset—self‑motivated, driven by fast‑paced challenges, and passion for securing new business.
Strong relationship‑building skills, able to navigate complex organizations and connect with decision‑makers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM to track and manage opportunities effectively.
Willingness to travel up to 80% within market.
Compensation The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with on‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 including sales incentives.
