We are a prestigious Plastic Surgery and Medspa practice with offices in Boston and Chelmsford, seeking a polished, articulate, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our Boston team.
This role focuses on phone and digital communication, serving as a key liaison between patients and our clinical staff. You'll manage scheduling, inquiries, and patient coordination with the same warmth and professionalism that define our in-office experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by phone, text, and email, providing warm, knowledgeable, and timely responses
Manage appointment scheduling for both Boston and Chelmsford patients, ensuring efficient and accurate coordination
Handle inquiries about services, procedures, and consultations with discretion and care
Confirm appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate patient information
Support the Boston front office with patient check-ins, check-outs, and administrative duties as needed
Communicate effectively with the Chelmsford and Boston teams to ensure a seamless, elevated patient journey
Qualifications
Exceptional phone etiquette—warm, articulate, and confident in handling luxury clientele
Experience in aesthetics, luxury hospitality, or high-end customer service strongly preferred
Highly organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail
Tech-savvy with scheduling and EMR/CRM systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required
Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient care
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Multilingual skills a plus
