About The Role

We’re hiring a Solutions Consultant who will own the customer journey from first conversation through successful go-live. In this hands‑on, customer‑facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout both the sales and implementation cycles – partnering with Account Executives during evaluation, then leading onboarding and deployment post‑sale. You’ll blend technical acumen, process design, storytelling, and execution to help enterprise customers visualize what’s possible with Levelpath – and then realize it.

You’ll conduct deep discovery to uncover goals, craft tailored solutions strategies, lead custom demos and workshops, and configure the platform to meet customer needs. This is a full‑time position that will be based out of New York City.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the technical lead during sales cycles, partnering with AEs to build alignment and deal momentum

Conduct discovery with stakeholders to understand customer goals, pain points, and success criteria

Design and deliver tailored demos, walkthroughs, and proof of concepts that map business processes to Levelpath capabilities

Lead enterprise onboarding and configuration from kickoff to go‑live, including workflows, roles, and data flows

Partner with engineering to facilitate integrations and technical enablement

Deliver enablement sessions and training to drive adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT

Act as an extension of the customer’s team, managing expectations and aligning across stakeholders

Address technical objections and support RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews as needed

Represent the voice of the customer internally, delivering feedback to influence the roadmap and improve product

Help scale repeatable pre‑ and post‑sales processes, assets, and documentation

What You Bring

7+ years of experience, with at least 4+ years focused in pre‑sales solution consulting with B2B SaaS products

Experience owning implementation end‑to‑end, with strong project and stakeholder management

Proven track record with large enterprise and multi‑stakeholder environments

Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and sales cycles with a preference for experience with procurement stakeholders

Strong discovery, storytelling, and communication skills – able to simplify complex topics for varied audiences

A consultative, proactive mindset with a bias toward customer outcomes and continuous improvement

Comfortable working cross‑functionally and flexibly in a high‑growth, fast‑paced setting

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

Experience in the procurement space, with familiarity in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement operations

Background in client‑facing consulting roles

Experience at an early stage startup

The estimated annual base salary for this role is $150,000- $200,000.
