About the Team
DashMart is a new team at DoorDash focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.
About the Role We're looking for a Growth Senior Specialist who is excited to help build DashMart, DoorDash's first‑party grocery and convenience store. The Senior Specialist will support bringing our strategic initiatives to life, owning the execution of go‑to‑market initiatives, including building efficient and effective promo campaigns, designing creative assets, and optimizing our merchandising.
You will report into an Associate Manager, DashMart Strategy & Operations. We operate in a hybrid model, so we spend some time in person together and some time working remotely.

Support growth initiatives through conception, execution, and analysis stages
Operate at scale by launching & coordinating new store page experiences and growth campaigns at our nationwide network of DashMarts
Partner with a diverse team spanning marketing, merchandising, local operations, engineering, and more
Work across a variety of campaigns including customer occasions, new product launches, and CRM promos

You’re eager to roll up your sleeves to work on the exciting and gritty execution of our campaigns and store pages, including configuring settings, tweaking artwork, and arranging campaign logistics on a rolling basis
You’re able to manage multiple concurrent projects, stay organized, and prioritize your time effectively
You’re a strategic thinker and are comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make decisions
You think outside the box and seek original ways to tackle a business problem
You’re an excellent written and verbal communicator and have proven experience collaborating cross‑functionally
You have 1+ years of business experience in marketing, project management, data analysis, sales, a similar field, or a relevant college degree
Bonus points: For experience working with Figma
Compensation The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado, is $19.90—$33.50 USD.

Paid Time Off Details
