As a Relationship Banker, you'll gain hands‑on experience across personal banking, customer service, and teller operations, all while being part of a supportive, family‑owned bank that invests in your growth.
This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position that follows a rotating Saturday schedule.
Hours vary depending on business needs.
Weeks without a Saturday: Monday to Friday, 7:40 am to 3:00 pm
Weeks with a Saturday: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:10 pm and Saturday 8:45 am to 12:10 pm
What you'll do
Provide exceptional customer service in both personal banking and teller transactions.
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries.
Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations.
What you'll bring
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous customer service, sales, or cash‑handling experience preferred.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to learn banking systems and processes quickly.
