In this role, you will support the Data & Digital Services team, providing custom analytics and insights to Vizient clients. You will conduct analyses and projects under limited supervision to identify actionable insights and support decision-making. You will present findings to leadership, guide alternative approaches, and mentor team members. Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of customized analyses using internal and external data sources, including raw, published, structured, and unstructured data. Manage multiple projects and guide junior staff in daily tasks. Incorporate understanding of competitive factors and Vizient differentiators into analysis and insights. Research and apply best practices in data sourcing and analysis. Perform advanced analyses, synthesize data, develop findings, and recommend strategies for strategic and business planning and executive decisions. Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders from analysts to executives, managing expectations. Ensure work meets client needs, incorporating feedback and escalating risks or issues proactively. Use data to influence stakeholder decisions through advising and counseling. Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and contribute to process improvements. Develop and maintain data sets, coordinating with others on dependencies. Apply critical thinking to analyze complex challenges and develop innovative, data-driven solutions. Mentor junior staff, potentially overseeing their work, ensuring quality and professional development. Qualifications
Relevant degree preferred; advanced degrees in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or Data Science are a plus. 7+ years of relevant experience required. Strong analytical, critical thinking, database, and spreadsheet skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and SQL required. Experience with Vizient Clinical Database (CDB) required. Healthcare quality analytics skills required. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools highly preferred. Experience with Vizient ODB or Procedural Analytics (PA) highly preferred. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy. Broad knowledge of Vizient’s products and services is preferred. Compensation & Benefits
The current salary range is $102,400 to $179,000, with incentive eligibility. Compensation considers skills, experience, and location. Vizient offers a comprehensive benefits plan. For details, visit
