JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Financial Planner or Senior Financial Planner who will play a vital role in working closely with our advisor team and serving high‑net‑worth clients. This role primarily focuses on constructing financial plans, conducting research across all six areas of financial planning, and supporting our financial advisors in serving their clients. The planner will be responsible for preparing client and internal analysis and solutions, as well as assisting in managing relationships, making client recommendations, and providing guidance around insurance, pensions, and distribution planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with the company’s financial advisors
Build comprehensive financial plans
Conduct research across all areas of financial planning
Assist in managing client relationships
Work closely with administrative staff to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
Utilize third‑party software for client information maintenance, financial account reporting, and rebalancing
Collaborate with our custodians, portfolio managers, banks, attorneys and tax professionals to effectively plan and manage client accounts
KEY COMPETENCIES Technical
Proficiency creating and presenting financial plans to clients
Basic understanding of portfolio management, investment strategies, and alternative investments
Familiarity with the financial services and securities industries
Communication
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with clients, custodial contacts, investment managers, team members and related professionals
Successful coordination of various third parties to work together for clients’ convenience
Detailed and Organized
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy is a MUST
Solid time management and project management skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to create organizational systems that make information easily accessible

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional experience of 3–5 years for a Financial Planner; 5–7 years for a Senior Planner
Proficient with CRM systems and custodial platforms, ideally Schwab and Fidelity
Knowledge of platforms such as Money Guide Pro or eMoney, Holistiplan, and DocuSign is a plus
Familiarity with compliance requirements for handling highly confidential information
Clean regulatory background
