Order Management Specialist Base pay range:

$68,640.00/year – $85,000.00/year. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Axia and Qcells Energy Solutions are seeking an Order Management Specialist to monitor and control projects through administrative and specialized expertise within the Energy Solutions division. You will work with support teams, Project Coordinators, and Sales Managers to verify contracts, manage documentation, and ensure timely payments to third‑party fulfillment vendors. This role is key to scaling the solar support operations as the business grows.

Responsibilities

Ensure sales contracts are 100% complete and accurate before issuing them to the operations personnel.

Manage and resolve paperwork deficiencies and stipulations with various parties to ensure solar contracts are correctly managed.

Work within various lender financing portals to obtain the ability to proceed with contract financing prior to equipment orders.

Issue and approve work orders to third‑party fulfillment vendors to provide accurate services with prompt payments.

Issue and approve installer invoices based on a robust QA process to ensure installation completion and scope of work accuracy.

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Review operational procedures and ensure conformance to industry best practices.

Analyze and monitor team performance to iteratively improve upon cycle times.

Update CRM, fulfillment portal, third‑party financier portals and various other business tools.

Assist in a successful transition from our current Sunbase CRM to Salesforce for the various Order Management functions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in operations management and analytics, and at least 1 year of solar industry experience.

Minimum of 1 year’s work experience utilizing Salesforce and CRM systems.

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present in internal and external forums.

Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.

Process‑driven with a meticulous attention to detail and a focus on long‑term solutions.

Location options include offices in Irvine and San Francisco, CA. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.
