Personal Injury Attorney – Pre-Litigation | Hybrid We’re hiring a pre‑litigation associate attorney to support a lead attorney in managing a high‑volume caseload. This is a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented role — ideal for someone who’s confident handling files independently, meets monthly benchmarks, and is eager to learn and adapt.

This role involves hands‑on work throughout the pre‑litigation process, including drafting demands, negotiating settlements, supplementing files, reviewing releases, and handling case clean‑up. You should be comfortable digging into files, requesting records when needed, and working closely with the lead attorney and case managers to keep cases on track. Our firm operates in multiple states and you will be assisting on pre‑litigation matters under the lead attorney’s license, including out‑of‑state cases. Training on state‑specific rules and procedures will be provided, but you’ll need to be quick to learn and confident applying new knowledge.

Experience with wrongful death cases is strongly preferred. This is not a litigation or trial position. It’s best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work. This is a hybrid position, with in‑office time required.
