$240,000 – $275,000 Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of commercial litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances Work closely with partners and cross-disciplinary teams to develop case strategies Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations Draft persuasive legal documents and conduct thorough legal research Maintain strategic and timely client communication Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience Background in contract disputes and business torts preferred Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits:
