We’re currently looking for a
Senior Manager – Commercial Disputes & Economic Damages
to join our growing FVLS practice. In this leadership role, you’ll manage forensic accounting and damages engagements, lead expert analyses, and mentor high-performing teams — all while collaborating with respected industry leaders in a people-first environment.
What You’ll Do You’ll manage high-impact engagements that blend analytical rigor with strategic insight, supporting clients through every phase of commercial dispute resolution. Your day-to-day may include:
Lead multiple forensic accounting and commercial dispute engagements focused on economic damages, lost profits, and business valuation
Direct teams conducting complex financial and forensic analyses supporting litigation and arbitration matters
Oversee preparation and review of expert reports, affidavits, and demonstratives for court and counsel
Serve as a key client contact for law firms, corporations, and stakeholders throughout dispute resolution
Identify and drive business development opportunities across forensic accounting and litigation consulting services
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster growth and excellence
Collaborate across FVLS and other DLA service lines (Accounting Advisory, Internal Audit, IT Advisory) to deliver integrated client solutions
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA, CFE, CVA, ABV, ASA, CFA, or CFF preferred)
10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, commercial litigation, economic damages, or litigation support consulting
Strong understanding of damages quantification methodologies and expert witness processes
Experience supporting or serving as an expert in litigation or arbitration
Proven leadership of teams delivering forensic and financial analyses
Demonstrated ability to manage engagement economics and profitability
Business development skills and a track record of building trusted client relationships
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with case management or analytics tools preferred
Ability to travel as needed for client engagements, arbitration, or court proceedings
