This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs.
Role Focus:
Lead Source-to-Pay (S2P) process design and implementation within PG&E’s SAP S/4HANA modernization program (Propel). Drive sourcing strategy, cross‑functional alignment, and process standardization across procurement operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end S2P process design and execution within the Propel initiative.
Represent procurement in design workshops, business requirement definition, and solution validation.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost optimization and supplier performance.
Ensure compliance and standardization of procurement processes.
Use analytics (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decisions.
Mentor junior analysts and promote continuous process improvements.
Must-Have Skills / Experience:
8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
Strong S2P process expertise and experience in large‑scale procurement programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
Preferred / Plus Points:
Master’s degree or CPSM certification.
Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
Exposure to the Utility industry or regulated environments.
Proven leadership in change management and process transformation.
