Senior Agronomy Sales Representative

in Holdrege, NE. If you're a driven, self-starting professional with a deep understanding of agriculture and agronomy, this is your chance to make a direct impact on the success of local producers. In this critical sales role, you will work closely with farmers, ranchers, and producers to provide

expert guidance and product solutions

for crop protection, nutrients, and seed strategies. The role is

hands‑on, farm‑focused , and central to driving local agricultural success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support regional strategies and supply economics.

Forecast monthly and annual supply requirements.

Manage P&L for the assigned sales territory.

Drive revenue growth by prospecting new accounts and executing local sales programs.

Foster long‑term supplier and customer relationships to create recurring business.

Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams and other divisions to maximize cross‑selling opportunities.

Employ

innovative marketing strategies

that capture value and expand customer share.

Ensure strong safety compliance across all customer and internal engagements.

Required Experience

4+ years in sales, business development, or related roles.

High School diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Prior use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice-to-Have Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.

Previous agronomy sales experience.

Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and independent selling skills.
