Your Role As a Mobile Services Sales Agent, your duties include:

Engaging directly with customers at community events and partnered retailers to present and sell mobile services

Clearly articulating the benefits of our partner’s mobile connectivity and the cost benefits associated

Achieving and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets

Maintaining a high level of product knowledge regarding all mobile service offerings

Accurately completing all sales documentation and reports

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Actively participating in training sessions and team meetings alongside other Mobile Services Sales Agents

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

To be considered as a Mobile Services Sales Agent, you need:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom or mobile services

Strong persuasive and communication skills

Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach

High level of energy and enthusiasm

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment

Basic computer proficiencyHigh school diploma or equivalent
