Asset Securitization Origination Analyst I

Job Overview As part of the Capital Markets division within Truist Securities, Inc., the Asset Securitization Group (ASG) provides structured debt capital solutions to clients of Truist Bank across a range of consumer, commercial and esoteric asset classes. The Originations team within ASG partners with the structuring team, syndicate desk and sales team to place asset‑backed securities (ABS) into the new‑issue market and collaborates with our ABS warehouse team to originate asset‑backed credit facilities for clients, funded by Truist Bank and/or syndicated to other banks and institutional investors. The team works closely with internal partners in Banking, Risk, Operations, and Legal to ensure seamless execution, appropriate risk mitigation and strong client experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works closely with senior CIB professionals.
Performs assigned duties with limited independence, including due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree.
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program.
Compensation The base salary for this position is $100,000.
