ADP is hiring a Client Tech Support Consultant III – GlobalView Time. In this position you will deliver configuration / consulting services to ADP GlobalView (SAP) time clients within the parameters of the GlobalView solution and services, and you will ensure clients experience world class service when engaged.

Responsibilities
Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.
Assist various GlobalView teams with any questions or queries involving GlobalView time, and also educate them with our processes in efforts to provide stellar service to our clients.
Create of work schedule rules.
Work schedule variants and selection rules according to business requirements, including dynamic work schedules as per requirements.
Process absence quotas and attendance quotas.
Demonstrate solid skills in regards to schemas TM00TW15, and PCR’s TR10, TO20, TO16, TE30.
Create various Time Types according to business requirements.
Work on time wage types for regular & overtime hours.
Work on other time-related features.
Provide mentoring support and guidance to other ADP associates on areas of expertise.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
5 Years of Directly Related Experience configuring SAP Time.
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
Fluency in English (oral and written).
