A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, hiring managers, and other departments to coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment. This role blends traditional onboarding responsibilities with broader support for operational excellence initiatives, including internal communications, SharePoint site management, and event coordination.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires and assist in planning and executing internal events, trainings, and engagement initiatives.

Partner with IT, hiring managers, and other cross‑function departments (Training, EHS, and Talent Acquisition) to ensure new hires have the necessary hardware/equipment and access.

Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees during their onboarding journey.

Maintain accurate onboarding records and track key metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, new hire satisfaction).

Maintain and update internal SharePoint sites and knowledge bases.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve onboarding and operational workflows.

What You Bring

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

A passion for creating a positive and inclusive new hire experience.

Experience with Microsoft365 tools, especially SharePoint, Excel, and Teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
