Kelly Services, a premier pharmaceutical facility in West Chester.

We are seeking a dynamic EHS Administrator to develop and maintain essential EHS documentation and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation $21-$26

Hours: 8am-4:30pm (flexible start time). This is a contracted position with Kelly Services.

What’s a typical day as EHS Administrator? You’ll be:

Managing daily administrative tasks for various EHS programs, including Eyelation Prescription Safety Glasses and Grainger Vending Machine Programs.

Conducting monthly fire extinguisher inspections and maintaining safety records.

Assisting with safety inspections, incident investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

Have strong proficiency with data entry, database maintenance, and relevant software like Microsoft Word (must have).

Possess previous work experience in Environmental Health and Safety (preferred).

Are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
