Description Rödl & Partner USA (the “Firm”) is hiring a
Campus Recruiter
to join our People Engagement Promoters (“PEP”) Team in our
Atlanta, GA office (US HQ) . This exciting full‑time position is available immediately for qualified candidates. We are looking for a go‑getter to strengthen our current and future relationships with universities. Our interns fuel the future of our Firm, so having the right individual to find this talent is key to our success! Essential duties include (but are not limited to):
Assist PEP Team with all aspects of campus recruiting, from coordinating with the university, planning social events, and attending career fairs
Serve as a campus recruiting champion to encourage Firm engagement in recruiting efforts
Maintain tracker of past and active students
Draft both full‑time and intern job postings for student candidates and manage postings on university job channels (i.e., Handshake)
Stay connected with top students on and off campus
Ensure each candidate has a smooth and enjoyable recruiting experience from beginning to end
Track campus recruiting swag inventory for all offices and manage swag restock process
Liaise with Firm Recruiter to assist with screening candidates and reviewing resumes
Work closely with Firm Recruiter to request offer letters, if needed, and follow up on the status of pending offers
Schedule phone, video, and in‑person interviews for hiring managers
Create orientation schedules and new hire packets for incoming interns and employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field required
Minimum of 1 year of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably for a professional services firm
Experience using HubSpot
Demonstrates a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and passion for recruiting
Must exhibit excellent written/verbal communication and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment
Ability to work outside of the core business hours, when necessary, generally seasonal in nature
Must be open to traveling during peak recruiting seasons to campus events
