- Within the HP Printing press family, provide on-site technical and managerial customer support, including installation and configuration, post-sales support, and services delivery. Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to the Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning business and technical needs with the customer. Responsible for HP Total Customer Experience, revenue growth, profitability, and account retention. Responsibilities
Apply developed knowledge of Customer Experience as well as revenue growth, profitability, and account retention in the execution of assignments. Understand general and technical aspects of the job; perform moderately complex tasks requiring problem resolution and independent judgment. Work under limited supervision; travel about 50% to support customers and training needs. Enhance customer experience by providing installation overview, site-specific information, and access to relevant contacts. Address customer-relation challenges promptly, provide guidance, and escalate issues per established protocols. Deliver services to large enterprise, complex, or corporate accounts, addressing their specific requirements. Utilize proactive monitoring techniques to identify opportunities to prevent problems and improve experiences. Identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations, and ensure effective business controls through review and verification. Coordinate functional work within the department, assist various teams, monitor process execution, and foster positive relationships with colleagues and management. Education & Experience (Recommended)
Minimum Vocational/Diploma/Associate Degree (technical field) or equivalent with 2-4 years of related experience; or a Degree holder with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge & Skills
