Requirements
Licensed Agent
Must be willing to work evenings & weekends!
Some experience in sales / marketing or a service-related industry
Computer proficiencyMicrosoft Office & Google
Local area knowledge
Managing referrals across departments
Excellent Customer Service
The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor.
Roles
Showing vacant units
Each leased unit results in a $250 commission. Typically leasing agents lease 4-8 units per month, depending on the season and their availability. This is a great way to get your feet wet in the property management industry. You will learn the industry from the ground up in this role.
