A financial consulting firm based in New York, with significant cross-border experience, specialized in helping companies from emerging markets and around the world access U.S. capital market via IPO and SPAC.

The principals of our firm have significant transactional history with issuers from emerging markets and have worked with more than 20 U.S. public traded companies and $3 billion transaction value over the past 15 years.

JOB INFORMATION As a Financial Analyst, you will work in a tight team on our live and upcoming IPO/SPAC deals. You will help drive SEC deliverables, manage project workflows, build financial models, and prepare client‑facing materials. High performers will take on outsized responsibility quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Capital markets & reporting

Prepare registration statements (Form F-1, S-1, S-4, or F-4), financial statements, quarterly and annual reports on SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q (or 20‑F for foreign issuers), and 8-K, including the drafting of MD&A language, preparation and review of financial statements, footnotes and other disclosures in accordance with regulations.

Build and maintain financial models, cap tables, valuation/transaction comps.

Create and update client decks (investor materials, process timelines, board materials).

Coordinate due diligence and maintain organized data rooms, checklists and trackers.

Translate and localize materials between English and Chinese.

Project Management

Own workstreams, build and maintain project plans and status dashboards.

Run working groups and cross coordinate across clients, counsel, auditors, and bankers to keep deliverables on track.

Improve processes by standardizing templates, checklists, and quality control procedures.

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field; advanced degree is a plus.

0-2 years of related experience.

Working knowledge of financial reporting, investor relations and/or accounting.

Exceptional attention to detail; ability to learn fast and operate with ownership under tight deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication; confident working with senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

NICE TO HAVE

Progress toward CPA or CFA.

Experience with IPO/SPAC, capital markets, public‑company SEC reporting, or public accounting.

Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing.

EMPLOYMENT PATHWAY

3-month paid internship with defined milestones and mentorship.

High performers will be considered for conversion to full‑time Financial Analyst.
