who brings a consultative mindset, strong technical planning background, and a passion for building meaningful client relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and have proven experience managing complex financial situations for affluent clients. Hybrid 3x/week in office Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular client meetings to review and refine financial plans in alignment with changing goals, life stages, and market conditions. Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and introduce new planning strategies. Foster multi-generational relationships and develop new client opportunities through referrals and networking. Collaborate with internal planning and operations teams to deliver comprehensive, customized financial plans. Integrate multiple areas of financial strategy, including:
Investment management Retirement income and distribution planning Estate and legacy planning Risk management and insurance analysis Education and major purchase planning Business and succession planning
Ensure recommendations align with each client’s timeline, goals, and risk tolerance. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment strategy, financial planning, or wealth management within a regulated financial environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration several days per week Compensation
