What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Quantitative Research/Trading, specializing in CME futures strategies
Proven experience with market‑making trading strategies
Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling
Proficiency in a research‑oriented programming language (Python preferred) and ability to write efficient code
Exceptional quantitative and mathematical skills with strong problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
Good programming skills in languages like C/C++ or Rust
