Base pay range $21.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Position Summary Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events, maintaining marketing recaps and documentation. Strives to meet membership goals and promote the value of Sam's Club products and services. Provides and ensures member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, providing guidance on self‑service technology, assisting transactions, utilizing registers or self‑checkout area, ensuring club pick‑up orders are filled. Oversees area of responsibility by handling claims, returns, merchandising, organizing availability, identifying shrink, maintaining cart equipment, maintaining parking lot cleanliness. Completes accounting records, files transactions, follows accounting office procedures, manages cash, prepares deposits, oversees cash fund transfers, investigates overages, maintains confidentiality. Develops and implements processes, collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, partners, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics, and integrity. Leads and participates in teams by using resources, coordinating assignments, supporting timelines, and modeling adaptability to change. Embraces diversity, builds strong relationships, mentored others, acts with integrity, delivers customer results, and strives for excellence.

Compensation and Bonuses The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience, including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register)
6 months customer service experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in a front‑end team
Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload of others
