Job Description NBCU National Ad Sales is a ~1300‑person organization supporting approximately $8 Bn of revenue across Broadcast, Cable, Hispanic, and Digital Platforms – representing roughly one‑third of NBCU’s total annual revenue. Ad Sales FP&A supports all revenue reporting, forecasting, and analysis of the national advertising sales portfolio. The Sr. Financial Analyst of Ad Sales finance is a critical member of the team, supporting the portfolio FP&A responsibilities including the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of revenue performance for Senior Sales and Finance leadership. The role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Ad Sales Finance and works closely with TV and Digital Sales Finance or “Pricing” teams that are aligned to each of NBCU’s Networks & Properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish and own data consolidation processes across all Ad Sales channels & platforms to support financial updates. Leverage the power of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Microsoft Suite to continuously implement process improvement and efficiency, while enhancing reporting.

Deliver financial analyses around KPIs, such as cash, pricing, ratings and liability, along with revenue trends, through the development of interactive dashboards for Finance leadership.

Partner in the preparation of executive presentations such as Weekly Financial updates, Financial Pacing & Budget reviews, and Long Range Plans for CFO and Chairman of Ad Sales.

Build and standardize critical reporting across various teams to synthesize key financial and marketplace insights, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Support the Vice President and Sr. Director of Ad Sales FP&A with Portfolio Projects & Ad‑Hoc Analyses across Ad Sales.

Qualifications

Four‑year degree (B.A., B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar roles.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with a track record of data analysis/consolidation.

High energy and ability to multi‑task.

Knowledge of advertising sales in either Digital or TV is a plus.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.

This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000.
