Qualifications
4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience
History of success in relationship-building or client-facing roles
Desire for continuous learning and collaboration
Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies
Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Compensation and Benefits Performance-based earnings and revenue (average annual earnings of $70K-$250K; based on 2015-2024 company average for representatives in the first 3 years).

Renewal income earned for continued client support and policy management
