Night Auditor - Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities
Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages
Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
Overnight shift; requires flexible hours
Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Great communications and excellent customer service skills are required
Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired
Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift
Compensation $16.50 - $17.50 hourly
