Responsibilities

Daily management of restaurant operations

Oversees daily restaurant activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical / cashier duties

Supervises and develops bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurant

Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts, etc.

Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well‑stocked and organized

Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory

Responsible for overall guest satisfaction

Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local / state laws

Closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices

Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Food and Beverage Manager

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements

Must have 2+ years of related experience in a F&B supervisory position

Experience in a Gaming environment preferred

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws

Must have proven management experience

Regular and reliable attendance required

Must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented

Alcohol Awareness Training, Food Safety, and appropriate sanitation training

Outgoing and dynamic leader, who can motivate and mentor the team while improving overall guest satisfaction

Working Conditions Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bending. The employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and hands. The employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday season. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
