Postdoctoral Scholar Series positions are occasionally available throughout the year in the Department of Physiology & Biophysics at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. Applications are sought from candidates with a Ph.D. or M.D. degree, a strong laboratory research background, publications, and specialized training in biomedical, biological sciences, or related fields. This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions depend on extramural funding. Initial appointments are for two years, and renewal will be dependent on availability of support. Salary will be based on University of California guidelines for Postdoctoral scholars and is commensurate with experience.
