Location: South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, CA Base pay range: $17.00/hr. This is a part-time seasonal position (October 2025 - January 2026) with 20-30 hours per week. Shifts can range from 9:30am to 11:00pm and weekend availability is required. This role includes cash tips in addition to the base pay. Responsibilities

Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Greet customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport with each driver. Direct traffic to maintain smooth flow and organization of vehicles while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. Work independently or with supervision as needed and maintain strong customer relations to promote a positive LAZ Parking experience. Contribute to a welcoming environment and represent LAZ Parking professionally at all times. What you will do

Park and retrieve vehicles; greet customers; assist with their needs; build rapport with clients. Direct traffic to keep vehicles moving efficiently and safely. Demonstrate self-reliance and the ability to work with or without supervision. Provide excellent customer service and foster a positive impression of LAZ Parking. Qualifications

Dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility; able to handle assignment reliably. Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience; able to drive a manual transmission. Good under pressure with clear communication skills in English. Team player with the ability to motivate others. What we’d like you to bring

Strong customer service experience. Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving experience. Education

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Experience

Strong customer service experience; cash handling and parking industry experience are a plus but not required. Skills

Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle. Professional and effective communication; flexibility to work at multiple facility locations. Ability to handle challenging or emotionally charged situations and work unsupervised. Decisive, with a sense of urgency and timeliness; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Physical Demands

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds; stand, walk, and run for extended periods; bend, stoop, and squat as needed.
