Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Range:

The Role The
Parts Specialist / Parts Manager
is the go-to person for keeping the shop running like clockwork. Think of this role as the behind-the-scenes hero—ordering, tracking, and managing the parts that make every repair possible. The right person will be organized, proactive, and just a little obsessive about keeping things tidy and on schedule. What You'll Do Take charge of all parts ordering, returns, and inventory management
Keep records sharp and stock levels right where they should be using Shop-Ware or Tekmetric
Receive, label, and organize incoming parts like a pro
Stay ahead of demand by tracking usage and reordering as needed
Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to get the right parts fast
Build relationships with vendors and negotiate for the best deals
Handle warranty returns and core tracking
Keep the parts department clean, organized, and running smoothly
What You'll Bring Experience in an independent automotive repair shop (required)
Comfort and skill using Shop-Ware or Tekmetric (required)
Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems
Familiarity with vendor ordering processes and inventory protocols
Top-notch communication and multitasking skills
Dependable, detail-focused, and self-motivated
Bonus Points Previous leadership experience in a parts or inventory role
Experience using electronic parts catalogs and vendor systems
Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$20.00–$30.00 depending on experience, paid biweekly
