Position Overview We are seeking a professional Marketing Representative to join our team. This position is expected to last six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and results.

Reports To: Corporate Director of Business Development

Location:

Burnsville, MN, with travel to the surrounding area and support for the St. Cloud location.

Business development responsibilities include developing and strengthening referral partnerships, growing new business, and increasing private pay admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new partnerships and strengthen existing referral relationships to drive admissions.

Grow and maintain a consistent referral pipeline with hospitals, clinics, social workers, discharge planners, and other community partners.

Increase private pay admissions by identifying opportunities and providing tailored solutions to prospective residents and families.

Implement short‑term and long‑term sales and marketing strategies to support business objectives.

Conduct presentations, attend community events, and network to generate new business.

Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources via calls, emails, and in‑person visits.

Guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process with professionalism and compassion.

Track activity, maintain prioritized referral lists, and provide reports and analysis to leadership.

Collaborate with the Corporate Director of Business Development and interdisciplinary team to align marketing efforts with facility objectives.

Support internal sales programs such as family and associate referrals.

Assist with tours, open houses, and community events to promote the facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare sales, business development, or related field; pharmaceutical sales experience a plus.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong referral relationships.

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of value‑based selling, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings, networking, and events.
