Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Account Executive located in Nebraska. The Residential Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with residential clients, promoting and selling our high-speed internet and other services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, conducting sales presentations, closing sales, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional duties include meeting sales targets, maintaining an accurate record of interactions, and staying updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends. Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential customers Conduct sales presentations Close sales and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction Meet sales targets and maintain accurate record of interactions Stay updated on the latest product offerings and industry trends Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales, especially in the technology or communications sector Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Ability to understand and explain technical products and services Proficiency in sales presentations and closing sales Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills High level of organizational and time management skills Experience with CRM software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
