The Headhunters have been engaged by a rapidly growing, privately held company in Commerce Township seeking its first‑ever Customer Success Specialist. This is a customer experience and operations role that combines CRM management, project coordination, and client communication. The Customer Success Specialist will own client relationships after the sale, overseeing order processing, product delivery, and ongoing customer engagement. You’ll ensure every client receives a seamless, on‑time, and professional experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. This is a great opportunity to join a company of more than 70 employees that values precision, service, and teamwork. The compensation for this role is up to $60,000, plus benefits.

Responsibilities:

Own the client relationship after the sale, acting as the main point of contact for communication and support.

Manage project timelines by creating, updating, and communicating delivery schedules to clients.

Serve as the CRM Super Admin, maintaining accurate records, notes, and account data.

Collaborate internally with logistics, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure commitments are met.

Resolve issues proactively and keep clients informed through clear, timely communication.

Build long‑term trust with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and care.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or project management.

Strong communication and customer‑service instincts.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.

Comfort navigating and maintaining CRM systems.

Prior experience in client service, logistics, or project coordination is a plus.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
