Salary :
starting at $155,000
THE BELMONT VILLAGE DIFFERENCE About the Role The Executive Director oversees & directs the day-to-day operations of our best-in-class Senior Living community. As a hands‑on collaborative administrator in a fast paced senior living community, you will ensure successful delivery of Belmont Village's signature high standards of operation.
Essential Functions
Manages the community operations ensuring ongoing compliance with state regulations & company policies
Supports recruitment & retention efforts through demonstrated leadership of the mission, vision, & core values of Belmont Village Senior Living fostering a team oriented culture consistent with company standards
Supports the community sales & marketing process to achieve or exceed established occupancy goals
Maintains positive relationships with residents, family members, professional referral sources, community partners & regulatory officials
Strategically manages the community operations budget to meet or exceed established goals
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Requirements
Active Assisted Living Manager, RCFE or Healthcare Administrator license in accordance with state regulatory requirements
Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements as they relate to licensed Assisted Living & Memory Care communities and the ability to lead & operate within these guidelines
Proven success managing a senior living community budget including labor, expenses & capital expenditures
Minimum three years of comparable Executive Director level management experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, CCRC
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Flexibility to work weekends & evenings as the business need requires
